Confidentiality statement
iFacility recognise our duty to respect the confidentiality of all our clients.Where applicable, we recognise our duty to ensure that the identity of our clients remains confidential. A similar duty of confidentiality applies to all staff, colleagues and/or customers of our clients. No identifiable information will be removed from client's premises without express permission from the appropriate person of authority.
iFacility can confirm that we will endeavour to store information about our clients in a way that will prevent third party access. All of our employees are required to sign a 'Confidentiality Agreement' which forbids them from disclosing any information about our clients in any form to a third party and are security screened.
All information either electronic or paper based is destroyed when leaving the premises
