Using the very latest technology, we provide remote diagnostics by testing our customers’ systems millions of times a day. Our system is so advanced, our technical team can often fix the issue remotely without even visiting your business.
Where we can’t fix the problem remotely, our own nationwide engineers will visit your premises. Our remote diagnostic analysis ensures that we always arrive with the correct replacement equipment, and our engineers carry a full complement of spares to ensure your business is protected as quickly as possible.
Pro-active – Far better than fixing a problem, is not having a problem in the first place. iFacility performs tests on your systems proactively and within planned maintenance cycles to ensure that it runs like clockwork, which considerably reduces the likelihood of something going wrong.
Helpdesk – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our technical engineers are ready to help. All faults or issues are logged in our own system – iManage – and then assigned to the correct level of engineer and geographic location.
Resilience – The iFacility technical helpdesk is located within our BS 5979 CAT II control centre for maximum security and monitoring.
