Theft incident reporting
Our incident reporting tool allows your store to report incidents such as antisocial behaviour, accidents and thefts. Using it is simple: as soon as something happens, your store staff simply press the relevant button on their own special fob. This automatically saves CCTV footage for a set amount of time before and after the incident. You’ll then be able to view this video internally, or we can manage it remotely on your behalf.
