How do panic buttons work?
Our panic alarms operate at the simple press of a button when a member of staff finds themselves under duress. This triggers an alert back in our Somerset control room, where our highly trained team have the skills to respond quickly and effectively.
We’ll then get the emergency services on the case, at the same time as establishing two-way communications with the store so that we can attempt to de-escalate the situation remotely.
This technology can be fully integrated with our intelligent security system, V5, to capture high-resolution footage of the incident that can be used for subsequent police investigation.
