About You
You will be a quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will be a team player that is looking to add value and continuously improve
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- – Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- – Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- – Assist with event planning and coordination
- – Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- – Manage and update company databases and filing systems
- – Processing Engineers Expenses
- – Support the team with clerical tasks as needed
Experience:
Demonstrate that they are willing and able to make contributions to the development of their colleagues and/or the systems, processes and procedures that they utilise.
Good Level of IT Skills in a range of Microsoft Office and Teams.
Sage 50 experience is preferred but not essential.
