About You

You will be a quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will be a team player that is looking to add value and continuously improve

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • – Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • – Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • – Assist with event planning and coordination
  • – Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
  • – Manage and update company databases and filing systems
  • – Processing Engineers Expenses
  • – Support the team with clerical tasks as needed

Experience:

Demonstrate that they are willing and able to make contributions to the development or their colleagues and/or the systems, processes and procedures that they utilise.

Good Level of IT Skills in a range of Microsoft Office and Teams.

Sage 50 experience is preferred but not essential.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities. The Office Administrator may be required to perform additional tasks as assigned by the management.
