• Excellent Customer Service
• Remote Technical Troubleshooting of Desktop PC, Servers, and IP Networks
• Prioritisation of workload
• Team player

No direct experience with CCTV or intruder alarms is required. However, we are looking for someone with a good understanding of the remote support of IT systems and hardware.
The Role
Slotting into the Customer Service team, the 1st Line Technical Support will support our customers by answering questions and administering remote support. You will also work closely with our team of highly skilled engineers to assist with installations and complete remote commissioning of the security systems.

• Support a portfolio of customers
• Working alongside engineers to complete installations and remote commissioning
• Log and update tickets within our Case Management System
• Keep customers updated on the progress of orders, questions, and faults
• Update the Customer Management System to assist with future troubleshooting
